After re-filing some documents, my United States Patent application for my Gas Delayed action submachinegun is moving forward again. It’s a lengthy process that takes patience and has a steep learning curve for the uninitiated.
Now it’s just a matter of time before the Patent Examiner comes back with their observations of things that need to be adjusted to fit within their paradigm.
In the meantime, I can move forward with my search for a licensing manufacturer, who wants to go into production of my groundbreaking design for military applications.
My simple, new design will obsolete the blow back action and leave it in the 20th century.
