The Mystery Of Babylon The Great

Who or what is Mystery Babylon The Great?

The word “mystery” is a not part of her name, the Angel shows us the “mystery” of her identity and it’s our job to solve it with the application of a little reading comprehension.

In Revelation chapter 17, the angel reveals to John the identity of the Great Harlot – Babylon The Great.

That’s her name, “Babylon The Great.” It’s written across her forehead so we don’t miss it.

REVELATION 17:4-5

17:4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:

17:5 And upon her forehead [was] a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

THE TWO WOMEN

The Book of Revelation tells the story of two women in the Wilderness – the Faithful Bride, and the Unfaithful Harlot.

One woman goes into the wilderness, then there are two. In Revelation, women represent brides. One faithful and the other unfaithful, who denies being a widow. That’s because her groom has arrived – her false christ.

THE FAITHFUL BRIDE

From Scripture, it is evident that the Faithful Bride in the Wilderness is the Body of Christ, the remnant of the seed of the woman, who keep the Commandments of God and have the Testimony of Jesus Christ.

REVELATION 12:14-17

12:14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.

12:15 And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.

12:16 And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.

12:17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

John The Baptizer made it clear who the was the faithful woman.

JOHN 3:28-36

3:28 Ye yourselves bear me witness, that I said, I am not the Christ, but that I am sent before him.

3:29 He that hath the bride is the bridegroom: but the friend of the bridegroom, which standeth and heareth him, rejoiceth greatly because of the bridegroom’s voice: this my joy therefore is fulfilled.

3:30 He must increase, but I [must] decrease.

3:31 He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh of the earth: he that cometh from heaven is above all.

3:32 And what he hath seen and heard, that he testifieth; and no man receiveth his testimony.

3:33 He that hath received his testimony hath set to his seal that God is true.

3:34 For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure [unto him.]

3:35 The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand.

3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

And the apostle Paul echoed the same identity of the faithful woman.

2 CORINTHIANS 11:2-3

11:2 For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present [you as] a chaste virgin to Christ.

11:3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

THE UNFAITHFUL HARLOT

From Scripture, it is also evident that the Unfaithful Harlot in the Wilderness is that same Woman, but by the description – the majority of the seed of the woman live in wealth and splendor – and in a spiritually unfaithful, fallen state.

REVELATION 17:1-6

17:1 And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:

17:2 With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.

17:3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.

17:6 And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.

The last verse is the biggest clue to solving the mystery of her identity. Who killed millions of Christians for their faith?

REVELATION 7:15-18

7:15 And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.

7:16 And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.

7:17 For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.

7:18 And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.

Who hates the tax-exempt industry of corporatized religion more than the nations of the world?

REVELATION 18:3-7

18:3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.

18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

18:5 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.

18:6 Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double.

18:7 How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.

Have you figured out the name of the unfaithful woman yet? She was once beloved by God but has become an idolater, a politically correct harlot.

ISAIAH 47:1-15

47:1 Come down, and sit in the dust, O virgin daughter of Babylon, sit on the ground: [there is] no throne, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no more be called tender and delicate.

47:2 Take the millstones, and grind meal: uncover thy locks, make bare the leg, uncover the thigh, pass over the rivers.

47:3 Thy nakedness shall be uncovered, yea, thy shame shall be seen: I will take vengeance, and I will not meet [thee as] a man.

47:4 [As for] our redeemer, the LORD of hosts [is] his name, the Holy One of Israel.

47:5 Sit thou silent, and get thee into darkness, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no more be called, The lady of kingdoms.

47:6 I was wroth with my people, I have polluted mine inheritance, and given them into thine hand: thou didst shew them no mercy; upon the ancient hast thou very heavily laid thy yoke.

47:7 And thou saidst, I shall be a lady for ever: [so] that thou didst not lay these [things] to thy heart, neither didst remember the latter end of it.

47:8 Therefore hear now this, [thou that art] given to pleasures, that dwellest carelessly, that sayest in thine heart, I [am,] and none else beside me; I shall not sit [as] a widow, neither shall I know the loss of children:

47:9 But these two [things] shall come to thee in a moment in one day, the loss of children, and widowhood: they shall come upon thee in their perfection for the multitude of thy sorceries, [and] for the great abundance of thine enchantments.

47:10 For thou hast trusted in thy wickedness: thou hast said, None seeth me. Thy wisdom and thy knowledge, it hath perverted thee; and thou hast said in thine heart, I [am,] and none else beside me.

47:11 Therefore shall evil come upon thee; thou shalt not know from whence it riseth: and mischief shall fall upon thee; thou shalt not be able to put if off: and desolation shall come upon thee suddenly, [which] thou shalt not know.

47:12 Stand now with thine enchantments, and with the multitude of thy sorceries, wherein thou hast laboured from thy youth; if so be thou shalt be able to profit, if so be thou mayest prevail.

47:13 Thou art wearied in the multitude of thy counsels. Let now the astrologers, the stargazers, the monthly prognosticators, stand up, and save thee from [these things] that shall come upon thee.

47:14 Behold, they shall be as stubble; the fire shall burn them; they shall not deliver themselves from the power of the flame: [there shall] not [be] a coal to warm at, [nor] fire to sit before it.

47:15 Thus shall they be unto thee with whom thou hast laboured, [even] thy merchants, from thy youth: they shall wander every one to his quarter; none shall save thee.

Speaking within the context of the unfaithfulness of his people, how the other woman got into the Wilderness is not a surprise.

ZECHARIAH 5:5-11

5:5 Then the angel that talked with me went forth, and said unto me, Lift up now thine eyes, and see what [is] this that goeth forth.

5:6 And I said, What [is] it? And he said, This [is] an ephah that goeth forth. He said moreover, This [is] their resemblance through all the earth.

5:7 And, behold, there was lifted up a talent of lead: and this [is] a woman that sitteth in the midst of the ephah.

5:8 And he said, This [is] wickedness. And he cast it into the midst of the ephah; and he cast the weight of lead upon the mouth thereof.

5:9 Then lifted I up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came out two women, and the wind [was] in their wings; for they had wings like the wings of a stork: and they lifted up the ephah between the earth and the heaven.

5:10 Then said I to the angel that talked with me, Whither do these bear the ephah?

5:11 And he said unto me, To build it an house in the land of Shinar: and it shall be established, and set there upon her own base.

HER IDENTITY

Sir Isaac Newton concurred with the reformers. The Vatican, with the triune Dragon as their god, was Babylon, however, that was before megachurches, television ministries and other grandiose religious empires and cults that were built all over the wilderness of Europe, Africa, and the Americas. Therefore, the Vatican no longer holds that monopoly.

No matter how poverty stricken an area may be, the Great Harlot and her daughters can be seen in their wealth and splendor.

The “mystery of the woman” is the story from antiquity about the unfaithfulness of Israel, thrown into the captivity of Babylon as correction for following after other gods, which are not God. No, it’s not the Jews, they still reserve their worship to the one and only God of the Shema. It’s us, meaning all of us before we came out of the deception of the mystery of iniquity – the three-headed godhead of the heathen since Moses left them behind in Egypt.

The Mystery of Babylon has been illustrated at length in the Books of the prophets, so rightfully, the angel points out the obvious to John, “Wherefore didst thou marvel?” Babylon is the religious world of Trinitarianism, the image of jealousy.

Is there any other God besides the God of Jesus? Not in the Bible, only in the idol of the triune All-Seeing Eye, the gods made by the hands of men. The gods of the Mystery schools.

ISAIAH 40:25

40:25 To whom then will ye liken me, or shall I be equal? saith the Holy One.

The heathen Trinitarians from today, going all the way back to Babylon each answer, “All of our gods.”

The triune gods of the heathen are universal. They’re the corporate embodiment of the primitive mother, father, and child triad, the supposed divine family of people making man equal to God. See for yourself.

Therefore, Babylon is not any particular nation, organization, or geographic location – Babylon is an unfaithful population, those who may even call themselves Christians but worship the triune gods of the Dragon, the Beast and the False Prophet with the All-Seeing Eye at the center of the pyramid, gods the people of Israel never knew, in violent opposition to those who keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

Mystery solved.

Hear the Shema:

DEUTERONOMY 6:4-9

6:4 Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord:

6:5 And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.

6:6 And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart:

6:7 And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.

6:8 And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes.

6:9 And thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates.

And that is the seal of God in the forehead. Do you have it?
